Exchange or Return of Goods

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and invoices.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as opened accessories, used products, or items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details are shared via SMS or email. You can use them to check the latest delivery status.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Deliveries are usually not made on public holidays. Orders placed during holidays are processed on the next working day.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to most locations. You can check service availability by entering your postcode at checkout.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is available only for selected products and locations and will be shown at checkout if applicable.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes, someone should be available to receive and sign for the delivery at the provided address.
